Tone Setter Brightening Facial Toner

TONE SETTER BRIGHTENING FACIAL TONER gently refreshes your skin without stripping it of its natural moisture. Designed to minimize pores, control oils and calm redness. Formulated with a high dose of Vitamin A, C and E to reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation and increase collagen. Making it perfect for all skin types.

How to Use:
Apply product onto a cotton pad. In a circular motion, glide over the face and neck avoiding the eye area. Use before applying serum and moisturizer. Testing on a small area is recommended. Apply this product after washing/cleansing face with our facial cleanser. Follow through with our hydrating serum.
